Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before your tour departure date.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and all required travel documents. A Kong Travel can assist with visa processing but is not responsible for denied applications or entry refusals.

Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for travel to Vietnam, including vaccinations and health insurance. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and adventure activities.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional service, A Kong Travel is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or third-party service provider failures.

Force Majeure

A Kong Travel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, war, riot, civil commotion, pandemic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A Kong Travel and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hanoi, Vietnam.
