Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is typically due 30 days before the tour start date.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. We can assist with visa services but ultimate responsibility lies with the traveler.

Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to travel and have appropriate travel insurance. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before traveling.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, A Kong Travel cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or personal injury.
